very rare find this car look at the underneath when all the jobs are done u got a cracking car arches are original aswell aint they ? good work

thanks buddy - it was a nervous moment when it went up on the ramps-but all is ok

arches are original

however there are a couple of things that are a concern such as water getting into the boot - fairly sure this is from the rear window trim - i got a price from Honda for a new one pt no.73251SS0000 at £76.85inc vat. but im hoping i might be able to get a 2nd hand one in good condition and ive also made some enquiries about getting a replacement sunroof panel as the one on the car is very rusty. Probably going to stick with a 4th gen one so i can retain the inner shade.

note to self:
steering rack gaiter 53534SL4J01 ordered - pick up tomorrow.
have spare 02 sensor and 02 socket
need to get power steering belt - gates or equiv. 4PK1020
look out few nuts and bolts

Note about the rear window trim... They don't last well at all. I put a new one on my ukdm when I had it resprayed 3 years ago (or was it 4?

) the paint finish on it is going again already

not pleased...

well just to close this thread out:

Good news:
It passed its MOT and is taxed and insured and on the road

Bad News:
In order to get pound fees of £224 back a case will have to be raised in the small claims court

Now ive just got to work out a way of keeping the 2 ludes and the jazz.....

think the jazz might be getting the chop
