Looking for aftermarket lights atm, can only find US ones :/ Also exhaust system etc.

Standard lights are perfect, I don't think you should Change them. As for exhausts, H tune, funky power or I went for a custom exhaust with a PLM manifold

Custom is always better. Unless you can get a good deal on the aftermarket exhaust.

Headlights no - beam faces the wrong way.
Tail lights, yes.

Exhaust, depends entirely what model 5th gen you have and what US exhaust parts you are looking at, specifically.

if your after aftermarket headlights your only options are Australia or getting your own retro fitted
