yes just honda ATF check the solenoids first before you pay out for the ATF

They look identical to the vtec solenoid, so just unbolt and clean underneath before refitting.

Filters are clean and it is cherry red :lol:

Same again. Reverse no problems when cold. Could it just be needing a change?

there should be another set if i remember right were they both the same atf does look good though

Been a long time since I looked at the auto box, but I think the double solenoid valve is all there is.

How does the rubber gasket seal look? Good enough to ensure the solenoids are doing their job?

Yep - if there is leak through from one chamber to the other, that will screw things up.

Dumped gearbox oil today. Was black/red. Nowhere near as good as the Honda atf that's went in. Seems to be selecting gears alt better but slight crunch when first going into reverse.

Worth dumping it again after so many miles and putting more fresh oil in?
