I was going to completely strip it and check/repair with new rings.

This engine did smoke on over run. However it still made 212.3 bhp on the dyno.

But this engine is never rebuild?

The company that should do my engine sayd

Mine cant be rebuild anymore because it has oversize bearings and iversize pistons

I have everything but only need block with crank rods and pistons

Much more expensive option. If the engine in staying standard (not going forced induction) then well OTT expense, IMO.
