What is this plug on the engine loom?
What plug is this on the UK 4th gen engine loom? I assume the other one is for the VSS, but I am stumped on what the other one is. I have been looking through the service manuals but haven't found it yet. The mystery plug is right under the intake manifold, slightly on the gearbox side. I have pointed to where it attaches onto the engine loom.

so definately the O2 sensor then? i know its at the back of the tb on the loom but seems a bit short - i guess you can add some wire if needed

i thought it might be to do with the air intake meter box thingy -the one that at the back of the battery and opens and closes the butterfly in the resonator which you dont have - so dont need it?
edit- no - is it the connector not the injector resistor box - th one that sits on the firewall?

i dunno - lets fit the engine in and we will find out

Air boost valve is UKDM, but you say that plug is over towards the gearbox side, so I don't think it can be that because that valve is towards the flywheel end of the IM (from memory...) so that wouldn't reach I don't think?
I can't recall if I took pics when I disconnected everything on that loom, or not. I'll have a dig back and see... If not, I can check the engine it came off, next time I'm over at the barn.
Edit: I can also try and have a look on my UKDM on the drive tonight, though won't be easy cause of access and it's dark...
