Hello everybody!
The car is gone with it's new manual transmission
After some researchs, there's a lot of write-up available on the net, so i'm not sure that one more would be interesting
As soon as my friend send me back the pictures, i'll post them here, if somebody has any question, feel free to ask
The part we needed to do the swap:
- an manual transmission with it's mount, only the part number five on this link :
https://www.lingshondaparts.com/honda_c ... ock_05=hcr
-a starter ( the auto tranny starter is different from the manual version
-clutch pedal and brake pedal ( you can also modify your brake pedal by reducing the "pad")
-the clutch hard line ( or any flexible line, we use an oem hardline)
- master cylinder, slave cylinder, oïl clutch tanks with line
-manual gear selector and cables
-a manual P5. ECU (or modify the ECU by removing RP13 resistor and adding RP14 resistor)
Don't forget to unplug the TCM (transmission control module) or you will loose the VTEC

and you'll also have D4 blinking...
There's also a modification to do to the engine wiring, on the plug who it's connected to the auto transmission.
First, you have to use 2 wires of this connector to keep the "reverse lamp" working.
Second, you have to tell to the ECU that the engine is in "Park" or "Neutral" to start the engine, so there's 2 others wires that have to be grounded.
I'll add the pictures of the wiring if someone need it
There's 4 holes that have to be drilled for installing the clutch pedal: 2 small and one big on the firewall th install the clutch master cylinder, and one other just Under the wiper mecanism, to hold correctly the clutch pedal ( the clutch pedal is bolted on the car with 3 bolts, not only two!!!)
As soon as i have the pictures, i'll do something clearer...
