3G exhaust manifold gasket

I'm looking for a new exhaust manifold gasket for my 1991 B20A7 Prelude. Honda parts guy says 'no longer available', and nothing coming up on eBay. Can anyone suggest where else I might look? Alternatively are there companies that custom-make gaskets?

Rockauto have one for a B20A5.
Not 100% sure, but I think that might fit (it's the US PGM-FI B20A, so probably the same as the A7, just with different emmisions jobby and compression ratio?)
