4th Gen: ABS Light - Code 1
Hi Guys,
I have got the ABS light come on my 4th Gen UKDM. It comes on after 1-2 minutes into the journey and stays on throughout the journey and so on. I checked the code and it comes up as ABS code 1. I have done some reading the manual and code 1 is ABS pump motor over-run.
I'm quiet surprised to get this code on such a low mileage Prelude? (64,000 miles from new). I replaced all pads and discs last years inc bleeding each corner.
Could it be anything else causing it to triggering code 1?
I've booked it in with Matt @ Red-R Performance next month to have a look but for now just gathering ideas etc.
Cheers

Well that's absolutely a possibility, yes. If you're happy to pay for it to be overhauled then fair do's.arif_manji wrote:wurlycorner wrote: Then you run the risk of the replacement one going wrong within a day, week or month too? I may get mine rebuilt. But before then, ill get Matt to bleed it and see how it gets on.
