The exhaust sprocket seems to be sitting closer to the head than the inlet (or is that just the picture?)
I can't really imagine someone wanting to remove the cam sprocket to replace the belt?
Call me cynical, but its a strange failure, i would put money possibly on the garage that did the work fudging something up... I did something similar once and ended up with lots of bent valves shortly after i did the belt (not a honda). Perhaps the sprocket was weakened somehow on removal or refitting?
