Flashing D4 Auto Light
LO All
Had a problem with My Lude today
It's a 2.0i Auto.
I had a long drive from Norfolk to Bedfordshire without any issues but when I turned on the ingnition and started the car the park light indicator was on as it should be but the D4 green light was flashing
I put it into D4 but it only just had any forward drive
I turned off the ingnition and turned back on and this time it was clear and the car drove fine.
I have had the green flashing D4 3 times in total today.
Once the flashing D4 is cleared the auto box is fine.
I drove back from Bedfordshire to Norfolk and it was OK.
I took it to My local garage and that's were I got the 3rd flashing D4 light but they couldn't find the OBD connector to look for error codes.
I'm guessing the Prelude doesn't have a full size 16 pin OBD connector
Any idea's guys
Cheers

Was the connector under the carpet to the left hand side of the centre console ie right hand side of the passenger footwell
I have found a few pics on line but they are all US cars.

Lo All
Just checked under both removable panel's each side of the centre console but NO OBD port connector
Do US Ludes have them and UK models don't
Is there a post on here explaining how to extract error codes
Cheers
