Lovely. Great work and yep, holy cow, getting the ABS module out of the engine bay in a 4g with the engine in place is not to be recommended!!!
Any pics of the new intake arrangement? Curious to understand how that is set up, now.
(And hows the haircut, btw?)

So took the car back to the tuners:

The weather was not great for mapping a car, 30+ degrees. Intake air temperatures were 50-60 degrees.
Anyway, we got it on the rollers:

The new exhaust did the trick and the need for retarded ignition to prevent detonation was gone, meaning the car could realise a decent level of its potential.
Because of the weather, the tuner said I'd see 10-15 more bhp on a cold day, so considering it was making 320 bhp on the day I'm well pleased.

Vtec comes in at around 5,000rpm, where its already making stock levels of power, and you can see the torque curve then start to bend upwards at this point, and it makes good power all the way upto 8,000rpm.
I have some vids of the runs, just need to work out how to upload them.

Thanks.
I've spent the weekend pulling the front end apart.
After the dyno session, I noticed the cars temps were not as steady as I'd like on full chat. It was stupidly hot outside, but I've concluded that the civic radiator is not really up to the job. I'm sure it'd be ok most of the time, but flakey on really hot days.
I've reworked the intercooler piping to make room at the front for a bigger radiator.
I measured the new space and then spend a few hours looking at rads from other cars to see what I could fit in there.
I've now found one and placed on order, so watch this space.

The mods are never done...
Nice work, well pleased it's running and working so well for you.
You can indeed see where vtec comes in now (something that didn't show in the graphs before).
