Booking details are as follows:

YOUR UNIQUE CAR CLUB CODE IS: 39362244

Please forward this code to your club members. They will need to use it when booking-in via the show website:

https://www.gojapan.co.uk/club-stands

All members must book in individually. The system is fully-automated and they can only register their attendance by completing the online form and using this number. There is no limit on the number of cars on each stand.

Based on the final number, we will automatically allocate your club with an area of the right size in the right part of the show. This eliminates the need for coordinators to keep updating numbers and hopefully, will reduce the amount of hassle and time you'll need to spend on organising the day.

On the lead up to the event, we will email instructions and vehicle passes direct to you and each registered member. That’s why we need everyone’s details.

TICKETS

All visitors to the show will require a ticket which can be purchased at an advance discount price directly from the venue website:

Tickets are also available on the day at the gate.

CAR PASSES AND SHOW INFORMATION

Further information, including vehicle passes, a site plan and timetable, will be emailed to everyone a few days before the event. They will also be available from the show website: https://www.gojapan.co.uk

Please note that entries will close at midnight on Wednesday 13th September.

Is it OK to give the details out to other owners that aren't on the forum? There's some in fb groups that were interested

Paid for tickets and also registered email for club stand - bringing the prelude only this time. Bringing the e was a complete ball ache 5am start last time and not to be repeated under any circumstance (useless car lol).
