Door lock inside 4th gen

Post by Ferdie » Thu Jan 24, 2013 12:43 pm

So lude people

i've a quistion i've seen that option allready in usa and UK/JDM ludes

this option to lock down you're door from the inside

stole pics from si imports

Image

have anyone a diagram how it works and what parts you need for it?

also on the pic from si imports you see the passanger had only a switch for the window

here in Netherlands we don't have the switch to lock the door but we have a place to put one in and also on the passanger side..

and if you lock on driver side the door.. wil also lock the passanger side??

thanks Ferdie

Only features on JDM's, the UKDM cars need a third party actuator fitted in the door to allow this to be hooked in.

I have this in my UKDM 5G if that helps... might be easier finding the parts you need from one of those instead of finding a breaking JDM 4G.

Ahhh.... I think idigolemon's just answered the question I posed back in August!!!

Personally I really don't get this thing. The switch is next to the lock lever. Press the lock lever and it does the same thing.
Completely pointless switch!
