The wireing is all done now. I took the car to the garage. They removed my self made wire, and replaced the original one, which goes through ECU. (which didn't solve the problem)

The replacement of ignition switch didn't make any difference. :(

After replacing ignition switch guys from garage told me that they saw fuel cut off switch playing up for no reason. It blocks the injectors. Today it was bypassed till I get the new one. They told me bypassing is the temporary solution of the problem, so the car should start alright but they would recommend to get the new one anyway.

Well, even after bypassing the car is not starting properly. At least I've noticed the consistency. It starts bad when it's getting cold (I'm doing night shifts). (before replacement of ignition switch and bypass of fuel cut off switch bad starts happened randomly without any consistency) Same symptoms: I have to press accelerator several times in order to hold the revs for the first 5-10 seconds. Feels like the injectors are still blocked, despite the fact that fuel cut off switch is bypassed. :|

I'm sooooooo tired of this neverending story of problems. Approximately £400 wasted on parts and labour and still no result.

May be worth changing your fuel filter and having your injectors cleaned?

Fuel filter was changed 6 months ago. When I was replacing the fuel pump I noticed that tank is really clean. I don't think it has something to do with this.
The only idea I've got is to check immobiliser somehow? What do you think?

Little edit.
There is no consistency again.
It's +10 today and it still won't start properly

Hmm have you thought about changing your fuel pressure regulator? I had massive problems starting up when mine was buggered, the seals go and let's air In, was only Taking me like 2 or 3 cranks of the key to start but once started it drove perfect. Might be worth just putting an eyeball on it and seeing if it looks corroded

When the problem came up I've replaced spark plugs straight away. After only one month of using, spark plugs are dead again. What could murder them in such a short time?

PS: Car starts and drives ok, but I'm not sure how long it's gonna last :(

What do they look like when they've been murdered?

I mean, are they discoloured (and what colour), covered in deposits, electrodes worn away, what?

Cheers,
