Its black textured plastic. Replacement bumpers are £250 unpainted from Nissan. Its a Nissan Qashqai. Ebay they are around £60+ delivery but all are scratched and would need repairing anyway so thats my time to repair.
Paying for my time is almost set priced and remember i would need to fit the new bumper again costing my time.
I gave the customer all these options.

You all underestimate what i can do.
2 1/2 hours later and £144 inc VAT. JOB DONE.
So welded on the front and back. Carbon fibre fibreglass at the back for strength and sanded the high spots back with 180 on a da.

I used some SEM no swell filler followed by some Upol Easy 1 bodyfiller for shape and then Doplih glaze to finish followed by some high build primer as pictured.

Then sanded back, adhesion aid spray on the black surrounding area followed by some SEM finex black texture paint as its the best match.
