Yeah that wud do the job but seems a bit expensive must be someone who makes that pipe cheaper :D

I think it's a bad idea. I used to work with lots of types of acrylic and I would be very surprised if there is one that is up to the job, that wouldn't go cloudy very quickly at the very least. Willing to be proven wrong of course.

Re-inforced PVC hose is crystal clear, can easily take the pressure and wouldn't go brittle etc with age. However, it can't hack temps that high.

Reinforced clear nylon hose would do it.
It's not crystal clear like glass is though (in fact it can be more translucent than transparent) and you'd see the reinforcement of course.
Or you can get clear silicone hose (same as nylon hose with not being completely clear and seeing the reinforcement);

Ok ive found a product called borosilicate glass which can take temperatures of 500 degrees an a company that make any size so going to see how much an if it wud take the presure too :D
if it aint broken your not driving it hard enough
