Sorry, I'm probably not making myself clear here...
I don't think there's anything wrong or abnormal with the car - I think this is how it is normally.
I'm just commenting that the brake balance is something that's noticeably different about how the porka feels compared to any fwd car I've had and I'm just wondering what is it that affects that characteristic (braking balance) the most between the porka and fwd cars.
Also, is this just a porka 924s thing, or do all rwd cars feel more like this? I drove an E34 5 series once and can't say I noticed the brake balance being less front heavy, but then again I suppose that car still is very front heavy and I was way more distracted by how truly terrible the steering was, to pay any attention to anything else!!!

What do you mean about the engine being further back on the 944 btw? I didn't think there was any difference between the engine position on the S and a 944?
