You know the rust is worth sorting
Look forward to seeing it running again!

Bit more progress since the last update, I've got the drive shaft seals in and the half-shaft refitted, plus have started work stripping the suspension down. Ive already had to drill out the 2 countersunk disk screws on the o/s assembly so will have to fix that little problem when take it into work to sandblast the suspension uprights. Hopefully get that done Friday afternoon.
re. the disks, they've gotten quite rusty despite being sat in the garage. I've cleaned one up a bit, it's come up pretty well but there is a hint of some pitting in a few places. The disks are almost brand new so I don't want to have to replace them and for cost reasons I'd rather not have to have them resurfaced, what do people think? The last thing I want to do is skimp on the disks and end up having to replace disks and pads in a few thousand miles time but I think I might just get away with it...
