Picked up the Prelude from the coachworks today.
She looked stunning outside as I got there. Really missed the shape and style of the Lude.
Took her out for a spin as I had some errands to run.
Was initially a bit, where's the power (daily car is running a fair bit but is turbo) then I remembered how fantastic the cornering is, how amazing it sounds to rev the tits of an NA engine, and then it hit me again. I still love her.
Unfortunately the weathers pretty crap today so I've only taken some phone pictures of her parked up next to the daily.
Due to take her to a dyno day next Sunday down in Milton Keynes.
Will be interesting to see what power she still has under the hood, considering the level of maintenance and service she's had since new. I'll be happy with retaining the factory output. Have to wait and see.
Am talking to my mate Rob about helping me relocate the battery in March, and from there I can fit the BMC CDA in, as well as have a new tailpipe fitted and get the alloys refurbished.
