Just came across this on mine as a bulb has gone.... The H4 sits in the outer cluster of the two and is dual filament. The H1 sits in the center cluster nearest to the nostrils.
Strange setup, but here's where I got baffled. With the ignition fully off, and switching on side lights, only the Led side lights illuminate (very normal) however, with the ignition on switching to side lights illuminates the side lights and the dipped filament of the H4.... Selecting Dipped beam then illuminates the full/high beam filament. Then clicking onto full/high beam illuminates the H1's.....
What is with this? Surely having both filaments in the H4 illuminated is going to reduce the bulbs life span? Does anyone else's work this way or has there been some Dodgey Have a go harry playing with my electrics?
