Flywheel, gearbox, slave cylinder, clutch, clutch fork, thrust bearing, clutch hydraulic lines, master cylinder, pedal assembly, shifter cables, gear stick assembly....Could put a clutch dampener thing on too if you wanted it all original but not a necessity I don't think
ECU will require possible re soldering of some resistors to stop lights coming on dash
May want to get some manual clocks
Maybe a passenger drive shaft with half shaft too

Never Donne the swap but that's what I can imagine is needed from experience with recently breaking an auto..

Seems like I have everything then, apart from a clutch dampening,

Ecu I have is the auto one but got told I can use it with my manual conversion

You can - make sure your auto gear shift selector is in neutral before you start disconnecting anything and leave the gearshift selector switch wired in and in that position.

You dont need the clutch dampener. I don't have one on my 4th gen as I ripped it out when I went for a braided clutch line.

the auto ecu will work fine, you will need to de solder 1 resistor then move it over to another spot and bam its done.
