So, was this a hoax, or was his death a hoax?
And if this was a hoax, was he in on it before he died?

It's quite controversial as a hoax, so I recon it might have been his last request to his brother. His brother wouldn't have thought to do it on his own accord surely...

Maybe it was actually his brother that died last time and he's been living as his brother ever since, so he's now hoaxing his own hoax?
