The mrs has just re-insured ours with all the mods we're planning to do declared* and it's £700 with a disgusting £500 excess.
My UKDM is also due for renewal in April and is coming in at around £200 with £100 excess (I don't accept any higher excess than that).
Even without the mods the JDM was about £250 more than the UKDM. Sucks!

I might take mine off the road temporarily cause it's also MOT time and I really need to replace the rear calipers this time round rather than just patch them up. Can't risk spending money on all that right atm

(* better bloody make sure I do them now to get our moneys' worth this year lol)

Haven't done any of this yet, will do around about the next oil change in a couple of thousand miles time. Also gonna replace spark plugs and have a go at cleaning out the EGR channels.
