didn't realise you had access to a lathe sam, bit neater than a hacksaw, not they are on show but still.

Some of my old Honda wheel nuts are open ended now, but only because those top cap bits just fell off over time, they aren't fixed on very well.. in fact, I reckon if you screwed them onto some threaded bar and just kept doing them up tighter and tighter, the top cap will be pushed off by the bar inside.

:oops: it turns out that the caps fit with the domed nuts on. So I now have 40 brand new nuts with no corrosion available for you motegi wheel users
