Since meeting up with Wayne a couple of weeks ago, a germ of an idea has come about. I have 2 potential meet up points in mind. Mayflower Park, in the centre of Southampton, on the dockside, or Portsdown Hill, near Portsmouth. Both locations have adequate parking, as well as catering facilities, burger van etc. The advantage of Portsdown Hill is that it is just off the M27 and is slightly easier to access than Mayflower Park, although the second location is well signposted as it is near the docks which has fairly good access, but is near the town centre. Datewise, I would suggest either Sunday 15th March or Sunday 22nd. Mid-day meet up. Once I have had input from some of you guys between now and the end of the week, I'll announce a firm proposal.
