I will do. Isn't carbon at the minute, I didn't want one until I've got a garage for it to take shelter in, but I've grown out of the different colour bonnet look... I think.

Wow! Big milestone touching down. Really 3 years though? :o

This will look mean with some arch extensions. Love the photoshop bud. 8)

So come on then, any thoughts on colour for the wheels? Or is it a secret for now (aka = undecided). Or is it as simple as black looking at your photoshop? :?

Yep, 3 years  Mad isn't it?

Did you miss the comment under the last lot of pics? Basically my intention at the moment is the same black that Ste's OZ's are. It's a 30% matt black, which is the smoothest "matt" you can get before it just becomes a satin black. Also I may go crazy and go for a gloss, and even just a very very dark grey ;-)

New Built Port & Polished Head

Post by NafemanNathan » Thu Jul 18, 2013 9:18 pm

A big piece of my puzzle arrived today :D

Some of you may recognise it from a recent ebay ad @rob quilter ;-) ...

Image

Image

It's an a7 head...

Image

That's been port and polished by Amac Engineering...

Image

Image

Built by Vtec Direct, it's equipped with Skunk2 Pro 2+ Cams, Brian Crower Dual Springs, Titanium Retainers and Stainless Steel Flat-Faced Valves...

Image

Image

It also came with Skunk2 Tuner cam copies (I'll be replacing these with my AEM Tru Time Cams)...

Image

And a full set of ARP head bolts...

Tom (aka tomj333 from the ATR forums) (Smashing bloke) Also threw in the valve cover (as it wasn't advertised) which I'll also modify for breathing and may do something funky with 8)

Tom had his ATR running at 265bhp with 11.5:1 compression and balance shaft delete, so I'm hopeful it should help me reach my target, but save me a fair old whack in the long run ;-)
