When you do get it all together the spec wont be far from the engine I bought off Dino (if you get hold of higher comp pistons).

Yours and Rich's engine's performance are actually my target And already had H-Tune price me up a set of Mahle 11.5's and Eagle rods, so will be going that route

The other car(s) aren't holding me up any longer, it's the house and simply the lack of garage. To be honest I'm just being anal... I've got a lot of new parts that I could have started fitting ages ago, but I just don't want to until I can store the car inside

The suspension components will be coming off the silver lude to be powder-coated and poly-bushed, but I don't want to remove anything from the silver one that will leave it stranded until it's in a better resting place (It's in the front garden at the moment along with the broken Aerodeck, and it's really hard to work under cars there). So I at least need the foundations and base for the garage done to move the silver lude to there. I need to hire a digger for a week to level my back garden and dig for the foundations, but then I don't have enough holiday left to do it this year

I can feel a bout of illness coming on that will last about a week and is so acutely infectious, that if your boss so much as rings you let alone does a home visit, he'd instantly drop down dead..?

Just a tiny mod. Took my Weapon-R catch tank to work today and had two AN-8 fittings welded on in place of the one barbed hose fitting.

What it looked like previously...

And then after a polish up and reassemble...





This will be connected directly to the valve cover with no need to involve the inlet manifold.

Are your thinking the body is as strong as your welds ?

Is it not worth it to buy a Blackworks or B&R catchcan setup ?

How do you mean Edson?... They weren't the neatest welds, but they're set up for much bigger stuff there.

I can always upgrade to a Blackworks jobbie in the future, but this option is much much cheaper and still looks rather appealing
