Too true mate. However, falling coconuts are the least of my worries. It's the standard of driving here that frightens me out of my wits. I tell you mate, people may complain about standards in the UK but driving here is a lottery. I honestly believe that British (and European) roads have a much higher standard of driving in terms of both in awareness and focus. Here, half the time they're yakking on a phone, texting or scrolling through their facebook page! Sheesh.

Hi Simon, thanks for the feed-back, lovely photos, by the way. Will be taking my laptop with me to N.Z. , K/L and Thailand. Will be keeping in touch with all the guys on the forum. Gladly hook up if you have time, flight to K/l from Melbourne is definitely booked, tho' my mate from B/K has not yet confirmed booking of tickets for G.P. love to hook up, and will be sure to contact you nearer the time.

Indeed, simon clearly says the sol belongs to him, go to the back of the class, wurly, and write 100 lines on the blackboard.

 Ok yep, sorry for the nitin error...

My ex had one and I'm still on one of the Sol forums, so I know 'em well.
They're nice and really good fun. Has to be a transtop for me though (I just think, what's the point otherwise?).
If you're gonna go look at some Donald, gimme a shout and I'll see about coming along if you like?

You're forgiven, has crunchy found the elusive dashmat yet, I think he got excited about me joking that I had 10 of them!! If the e-bay one went really cheap, they're undervalued, when they come up for sale.

Morning Gents, yes the little old Del Sol is mine and although I know I should try to flog it I keep putting it off. Nice little motor, very zippy and it handles very well. Unfortunately the trans-top does not work and it's back to same old problem out here, lack of parts!
Del Sols are few and far between out here in fact I've only ever seen one on my travels. It looked a right mess as well.
