Robs 2g BA1 prelude
I guess its time to make a thread for the 2g
This was the first pic i got of her when i stopped to fill her up on the way back from buying it
loved it until i did an oil change and it started leaking, took almost 3 weeks until it was sorted and i got her back. il take a pic of the sump that i bought, there giving me my money back and don't want it returned, just shows how bad it was!
anyway, my neighbour sorted mine pretty good job too! the sump gasket i bought from ebay didn't fit so Honda managed to get one in in time so that's good and all sorted!
so today i gave her a proper good clean, got the polish out and my polisher thing from Halfords and for a first attempt I'm pleased haha, took me over 2 hours too!
(gota have some minions )
Also today i changed the air filter, bloody thing cost me £22 but i think it was well worth it
I still getting the problem of it cutting out when i pull up but it only seems to happen when the speedo stops working (another issue lol) so I'm going to have to take a look into to that.
When it's light il take some pics of the interior too, still looking mint
I'm need to get some better speakers for the door's, not sure what size they are though. The sound quality just isnt good enough for the sub :L when its loud they start to crackle and sound really bad, that or i need a smaller sub
But yeah here's the start of hopefully many enjoyable years with the lude. Even with all its problems i still love it best car I've had and driven by far!

Yep, fair play for persevering Rob. You're very close to having a really great motor there.
Looks lovely after the polish as well mate. Good job!
Keep up the good work, & look forward to seeing it at the upcoming meets.
