Yeah it's just like that but cheaper

I can't wait to take it for a run,I have missed driving it and it should be quicker now it's all in time.

Yeah we will both make it up to Crail :)

ive heard these are easy to set up and use - lot less faffing around than the full H23 manual tensioner conversion.
whats your thoughts on it?

Yeah it's very easy to set up and seems straight forward.

It's a cheap option for a Manuel tensioner.going to take it for a drive today but am just finishing off the last bit of painting.got all my polybushed parts fitted up and it's looking good :D

Great work Lewis,i envy the timing belt newbs as i have yet to get there myself, someday!

Be interesting to see how the suspension upgrades feel on first few drives, would love to do this too my car, when they hit 200,000kms or more the oem has had it more or less.

Cheers Greg - I took the car for a test run the other day and it feels really good.the polybushed parts have stiffened the car right up and with the engine all timed up correctly it's pulling better than before :D

i remember when I was searching for a car in Queensland and there was lots of cars with 300k on them but they were still rust free and solid.I ended up buying a Nissan pulsar and it was such a reliable car.i kinda miss it

I havnt updated the bb4 in a while so here's a small update.

It's now gone to my brother :( and it was running the best it's ever been.I swapped over the lowered suspension to stock and it's driving a lot better.I also cleaned and swapped over my induction kit to a stock air filter so am happy with that.I have been using my crx a lot and doing a lot of work to that recently but the prelude is at a good standard now so am very happy with it :)

Great stuff on the suspension and doing the cambelt yourself.
Seems a shame to get all that done and then give the car to someone else though! :(

Cheers mate :) Yeah I agree.i do miss driving it.its such a good, reliable car but it's in good hands back in Scotland with my brother.he said whenever I want to buy it back I can so I ll hopefully have it back one day.

Am concentrating on my Crx just now so a lot of my time is on that aswell.the cambelt was a good learning curve.Glad I have tackled it and done it.the difference is night and day now with the timing being lined up correctly.

That time will come, but was your brother fool enough not to write a clause in the contract to say that he must have to want to sell it? ;)
