5th Gen Seats

Post by NafemanNathan » Mon Feb 16, 2015 2:32 pm

Somethings just made me think, should 5th gen seats automatically slide forward when tipped forward? I thought 4th gens did (Although can't be sure it was so long ago I used them), but my 5th gen's do not.

Also, whilst we're here do all Recaro Trendline seats have a quick tilt forward function? Or is dependant on what car they came from?

4th gen seats don't slide forward when you tilt the back to get in.

IIRC the driver's seat doesn't automatically slide forward but the passenger side does. Both sets of seats I had in my 5th did this.

Ahh ok

Pretty sure my 3rd gen did then? I've definitely owned a car which did both with one lever!

Only just seen Donald's edit. Just been out to test mine as I didn't think it was the case with mine and it's not. So neither of mine slide forward when tilted :?
