I think the only rare thing is the passenger side belt extender/butler.
I have one on the drivers side as do most of import 4th gens
never seen one with pass side
i have spare belt extender i took off a scrapped car and as far as i can see it should also work on passenger side...

As far as I know they are on all JDM cars. I think they were standard equipment rather than an option.

 I wouldn't trust what he says. He is known for sprouting crap ;) He may well be right though, if everyone in Japan selected them as an option.

I have the driver's side one on my BB4, no passenger side one but that's the passenger's problem not mine

I took one off of a breaker to fit to mine, but from a glance at the time (and now from my body lemonade poor memory) it looked like the seat belt was built with it fitted as a complete unit, it doesn't appear to unhook or come apart? I may well be wrong though, it has been known to happen :P

TBH, I actually find them a PITA on the BB4 and Lisa's JDM BB1 in comparison to my UKDM BB1. I only keep it on the BB4 because of, you know :jdm:   :suicide:

I like it, it saves me having to contort my arm backwards around the seat and grasp about looking for the fupping seat belt.

Do you buckle right handed or left handed?? Maybe that's the decider as to their use

I use my right hand to grasp and tug it from its rest position.
