Ah yes.

I was saying that if you're doing that much work, did you consider lightening and sharpening the crank shaft?

yes I had planned but I do not know how to remove and how that is to be effective and reliable ...
so my skills being limited, I preferred to keep the crank like this ... :| ;)

This is looking great.

Very original with the bolt in sump baffle plate. You'd better hope those bolts are torqued right up with some loctite! You wouldn't want them coming loose! :shock: :lol:

I don't think that it is unscrewed ... :mrgreen: ;)

I took this decision because the welding of aluminum deformed lot and I did not want to risk ...
