Thanks for the comments! Its starting to look like it may fire up real soon, I spent a good amount of time on it yesterday n got the following done:

Exhaust header fully bolted up - what a bitch - there is one bolt you can't get to unless your under the car & the half shaft is out!
Accord K24 Half shaft & drivers drive shaft fitted.
Charge harness wiring completed.
Fuel lines completed.
Supercharger & TB fully bolted up.
Clutch fully bled through.
Throttle cable fitted.
Gearshift bracket & cables all hooked up - the gearchange feels sweet and feels like a short shift kit has been fitted.
ECU & conversion harness fitted.

Also helped my mate fit a 3" cobra exhaust to his Astra VXR, sounds much better now the exhaust is in a single piece the whole length of the car!

I got as far as hooking up the ECU & conversion harness, my footwell now looks like a bowl of spaghetti :? My ECU reader shows its already throwing a code for lack of multiplexor, but this will be sorted once I fit my immobilizer delete module, hopefully i'll be able to start it up! Proper excited now!! :)

I need to get hold of an aluminium M18x1.5 weld on rad fan switch bung, anybody know where to get one?

Well guys, got a bit of good n bad news.....

Good news is that it starts, brum brum, smiley face

Bad news is that it chucked oil out in the process. The oil was seeping out the whole way around the oil cooler doughnut so its either not tight or the seal has perished, the engine is only throwing one code and thats the secondary O2 sensor which isnt fitted so am pretty pleased the management side seems to be working. Couldnt run it for long as there was no water in the system and then noticed the oil!! Ops
