Yup, turns out I am a bit of a mong. I forgot to put an oil seal on the sandwhich plate...

Can't find the original for a quick fix so have ordered one up from Honda.

haha, cheers! Only a couple things standing in the way of me blasting it down the road:

1. Temp sender & wiring.
2. Wiring for fans.
3. Gbox Oil
4. Oil cooler sandwich plate oil seal.
5. Fan control sender welding to radiator & wiring.

Thats all thats required to get her on the road but there is a bucket load of other things I will be working on soon after.

Why not both challenge him to a race as to which of you 3 can finish first from here on in? :?

Not had a bad day but found a few problems :(

Got the oil seal on the cooler doughnut.
Gbox oil in.
Rad fan hooked up.
Temp sensor installed and wired up.
A/F gauge hooked up.
Coolant bled through.

Unfortunately some problems were found:

Gearbox has a rattle.
Idle air control valve doesnt seem to be working and the engine hunts - could be stuck or faulty wire?
Engine dies when brake pedal is pressed - could be an vacuum leak somewhere?

Despite the problems i was ale to drive the car forward and backwards a few metres! :D
