Custom fiberglass wheel arches all round, the pervious owner had rust appearing around the arches which is common for all these cars. It was decided that they would be cut out and replaced with the fiber glass arch exstensions. After the rust was cut the arches were professionally welded and sealed. Each wheel arch also has seals between the body and the arch extension.

Recent gearbox fluid change
Brake fluid
Power steering fluid
Coolant was flushed and changed with the water pump during the cambelt change

Under the bonnet:
Engine runs spot on
No smoke
No oil usage only in VTEC which is completley normal
VTEC engages aggressively at 5200rpm and the car pulls as it should

Bad points:
Near side rear suspension requires a new strut mount bushing, this is included.
Car is very low which may not be to everyone's taste however this can be adjusted on the coilovers.
Rear tyres are getting close

Car is currently Insured & Taxed
MOT untill May 2017
Car was a cat c around 7 years ago.

Test drives upon viewing my discretion

Interior:

Rare Japanese import seats, half leather half alcantara in good condition with Prelude stiched in from factory, rear bucket seats match.

Honda Civic EP3 Type R Steering wheel

JVC Double DIN Head Unit

Hydro dipped carbon fibre center tunnel, center control facia and door panels
Honda poly carbonate gear stick
Red Velour carpets
Alloy pedals with rubber grips

Paintwork and General Condition:
The paint on the roof, both doors, the boot, the lip kit is all in beautiful condition.
The bonnet is acceptable although it does have marks here and there; there is also a small patch on the front edge.
The Mugen spoiler has signs of delamination, it just needs re-lacquering
After a clean the car really does gleam and it will certainly turn heads.
Both front head lights have been reconditioned and polished for a as new look.

I think that covers just about everything and my description is as honest as possible,

The car will be washed and cleaned for inspection.

No Rush to sell

Whoever buys, you will enjoy!

Didn't this have a bid of £2500 on ebay the other day?

Might want to remove "If more information is required please contact me through ebay." from the post ;)
