I'm picking the original ones from Benny in a bit, at least I can get the engine running!
I've tried looking for f22 pulleys but can't find any with 40 teeth :S
If I don't feel much difference in power with the standard ones il probably keep those on, the only thing I'm worrying about now is of the cam belt I bought is too small. Its 124 teeth belt which I'm pretty sure is what it should be, but we'll see when I take the old one off lol!

Cheers again :)
Rob

just a random question.
the standard pulleys are both set to 4 degrees advance so i was wondering;

the adjustable ones are set, inlet 4 degrees advance exhaust 4 degrees retard.
Although i sounds silly could i use the standard pulley for the inlet and the good adjustable one for the exhaust?

I wasnt too sure as i dont know if the difference in weight would cause an imbalance and cause a vibration?

Hopefully this all makes sense lol. Cheers, Rob

Remind us why you're changing from the adjustable pulleys again? Is it because the inlet one slipped?

Is there something damaged on that one, but the exhaust one is still ok?

yeah by the looks of it the alley bent where the key goes in but im not sure if the key was damaged too as the pulley doesnt look too bad. :/

The exhaust one however looks like its had work done to the cam. I'l take some pics tomorrow but it looks like the end of the cam has cracked before because there's loads of welds with the key welded in place too. The exhaust pulley was quite difficult to get off and it also had been cut/grinded down too :/

Pics will help lol which il take and put them on tomorrow lol, but seems i sort one problem and another ones comes up :lol:
