cams dont line up! HELP

It wasn't that simple drax . :lol:
Moving the intake or exhaust a tooth didn't solve it.
Rotated the crank a 360dgr took the belt off and checked the camshafts.. tightened the belt on the long side over the exhaust cam, then leaving the intake can slightely advanced. When I tightend the belt it pulled itself in the correct position. Its spot on now.

Readjusted the valve clearence again and it should be good now..

No no, it's defo not a simple job by any means, we had to do exactly the same to Wills lude (several times!) to get it right otherwise it would still be a tooth out.

But in layman's terms, all I was saying was a tooth out :-)

Glad it's sorted again. They can be funny things engines, when it comes to timing them up. No rhyme or reason why it doesn't work one minute but then does after you've rotated everything again...
Let's see how it works on the dyno this time :D
