Massive thank you to you all, So I cleaned out the IACV as it was abit grubby but nothing major. Didnt fix it.
Next I bled the coolant of any air which was quite alot to be fair, but again still no difference...
I tried what @NafemanNathan suggested and toke the induction kit off and plugged the bypass hole and guess what, it stopped hunting!
So I stripped the FITV off my spare H22A8 throttle body, cleaned it up all nice and installed it back on the car and HELL YEAH she idles smoothly arouns 600/700rpm and just purrs! Very happy indeed, can get back to sorting out my 4WS tracking now!
