Spec for the switches is exactly the same (thread size, spanner size, terminal type and pressure). Only difference is one has a brand name shown and the other doesn't from what I can see.
Either should therefore be fine.

What i have bought is completely different to the one i hav pulled out. The one i hav pulled out has a hole in the top and a 7mm bolt in it. Anyone tell me what part i need?

Do you mean;
The one you've taken off the engine uses a nut to secure the wire terminal onto the end of the switch, sort of like this:

Whereas the new switch you've bought has a male spade terminal sticking out the back of it?

That's not unusual I'm afraid. There's no guarantee these days, what kind of connector you'll get on the back of the switch.
You could see if they can check what type of connector is on the end of the other part number they stock but otherwise, as long as the switch fits apart from that, you'll need to change the crimp terminal on the wire to suit.
