Single use as they stretch when first installed. I've reused them in the past and its never ended well.......

The irony is that the ARP's are cheaper to buy than a new set of OEM's.

H22a Headbolts Single use only?
Hi, I'll wake this one up.
I noticed that the bolts are out of production:
https://www.amayama.com/en/catalogs/hon ... -head-1322
BUT, I noticed that they are available in Tegiwa:
https://www.tegiwaimports.com/select-ca ... h22a8.html
But again, different part number, whis is still in production:
https://www.amayama.com/en/catalogs/hon ... -head-1322
Can anyone tell the difference between them?

If everything else fails, read the manual!

Could arise from superseded part number when they used the same part on a later/different engine, is all - quite common in auto manufacturing.
Assuming that was the case, if you went into a Honda dealer and asked for the head bolts for your car, when they looked it up on their system it would show the original part number and 'superceded' by it, with a link to the new part number. The on-line parts catalogues don't do that.
But what I find interesting here though, is that amayama parts catalogue shows a completely different head bolt setup to other Honda parts catalogues though.
https://www.parts-honda.uk/honda-cars/P ... 02/1/24158

The original part listed there, is still available - and is the same part number that Tegiwa list.
So basically what I'm saying is... The amayama catalogue is completely wrong.
