Just to close this... Last week I received two free keyrings, at the start of this week they sent a courier to uplift the catches, and today I received a full refund

I have to say, it was a bit of an effort to get somewhere to start with, but ever since the customer service manager got involved it's been an absolute delight to deal with these guys!

They certainly haven't put me off dealing with them in the future that's for sure

... I just won't be purchasing non-branded shizz again
