I'm still on the benefit of the doubt side - The custom plumbing looks too good to me to be a lash up job.
All the clearances look right, that's not a standard ebay turbo manifold etc.
The brakes in the pic are the rear brakes and they look like that on a lude if they're parked up in the rain for just a couple of days. There's no obvious uneven wear on that disc (which again, is really obvious on lude rear discs if it's present)
At the end of the day, there's only 2 ways to answer these questions...
1. someone with evilbook messages RW performance
2. @merlin pops over to bradford to take a look at it this weekend!
(And either way, at £1k it would be a bloody steal! Though I suspect this one will be bid up by friends)
