You know what...
Lets start weighing the doors shall we..
speculations are useless.

I can weigh a door fully stripped one with lexan and one without.
I also have the safety bar laying around.

Does anyone have a fully complete origional door of a 4th gen of his car he can put on a scale?

When it comes to the outer skin... its not alot.. As for now i'm not going to cut it out just to find out how much I did save. maybe when I later if I put my own doors on. if someone knows a scrap door and wants to help us out , please cut out the outerskin and weigh it for us :geek:

Yep. It has the door card still attached though, does that matter?

:think: I do have a spare door card I could weigh to take that off I suppose.

It depends if you want to know the weight or the mass. I think most of you can manage the weight.

I have 2 doors without door panels that can be weighed I kept them from my old lude to strip out
