That mugen on the 5th looks good!
Having seen it, I'd have thought it would actually increase drag though, causing a massive low pressure turbulence in the area below the spoiler, above the rear bumper shelf?
(says the fully un-qualified non-aerodynamicist)

Your theory is all wrong. The longer wings extends airflow further out behind the car so its essentially pushing the drag further out and less turbulant air.wurlycorner wrote:That mugen on the 5th looks good!

Imagine the point of a tear drop on its side. Your trying to make the bottom and top of the car meet as close as possible to reduce drag and thus reduce rear lift.
Same as the 911 whale tail.
