Intermittent wipers not working!

You say yours is different. Do you just mean you have a few additional relays? Mines pretty stripped out.
That green plug that plugs in the bottom is actually plugging into the ICU (The green socket on those first pics of the unit I posted). None of the plugs on the front of the fuse board are plugging directly into the ICU. It is the white connection of the ICU that controls the intermediate wiper though.
If you remove the bottom green connection there is a bolt you can remove. There's one further up the right side (as you're looking at it). Remove both of those and you can pull the fusebox away to examine the connection from the ICU. I'm afraid I can't quite recall where it leads to off hand.
