To clarify - that's In Car Entertainment - not frozen water

Could it be the stalk itself?

You say yours is different. Do you just mean you have a few additional relays? Mines pretty stripped out.

That green plug that plugs in the bottom is actually plugging into the ICU (The green socket on those first pics of the unit I posted). None of the plugs on the front of the fuse board are plugging directly into the ICU. It is the white connection of the ICU that controls the intermediate wiper though.

If you remove the bottom green connection there is a bolt you can remove. There's one further up the right side (as you're looking at it). Remove both of those and you can pull the fusebox away to examine the connection from the ICU. I'm afraid I can't quite recall where it leads to off hand.

Ah, you've got those relays removed on purpose?

The white plug in the centre does come from the stalk, I tested the relevant pins and found that the switch is working per the manual.

I'll peel the fusebox away and have a look.

Thanks!

FIXED! Fuse 46, which is listed as interior light, trunk light, ign key light was gone.

Even though it doesn't mention that it's anything to do with the control module, I replaced it and the int wipers now wipe.

You live and learn!

Nice find.
Those lights do all go through the ICU though, believe it or not
