this being the first week of my lude being back on the road and my first week driving one , whats going on with them headlights i had to get out to make sure they where on :lol: how can a light so big give out such pants light , i have much improved the light output by fitting some osram nightbreaker unlimited bulbs they are well worth fitting , have others found the lights to be rubbish also and what have you done to improve light output
success is the ability to go from one failure to the next without any loss of enthusiasm :D :D

Fitted Halfords +130% as soon as the nights started drawing in.

Yep, 4th gen lights are renowned for being shocking! I fitted Osram Nightbreakers as well, but a few others have retrofitted projector units/halogens etc.

I just always tried to avoid driving at night, especially if it was raining :lol:

yeah the osrams are a good upgrade for sure i am slowly upgrading the other bulbs as i go going over to leds in side lights and number plate lights , got a nice bright 6 led one in the interior light , i believe there is some sort of red light in the door cards on some preludes might retro fit some of them also

Fit white lights in the doorcards instead of red. They work better as a puddle light and still warn driversby that your door is open ;)

just got to find some suitable lights i am thinking led may even fit some funky logo lights while i am at it

I have retrofitted bixenons with nice projectors from audi. Also polishing lenses does a good improovement

i do have to say putting them osram bulbs in will tie me over for now least i can tell there on now without getting out the car :lol:
