Serious stuff there...

:shock: Ouch! that exhaust is close to the alternator and flywheel though!!! Properly crammed in.

Would alternator relocate help/be possible?
Any plan to fab up and fit a new cover to the flywheel?

Not needed with the alt. Its ok.

Apparently a 4th Gen flywheel cover will fit. So i best get one. But Rich said id be fine without one.


Nitin - Honda put heatshields there for a reason. ;) It does get hot right to the tip......oh wait you mean the exhaust. I thought you meant "other" things. ;)

Yeah, you had the 75a hardness (You've got the same @Mart609 ), just imagine if you'd gone for 85a or 95a like most of the 4th genners did! :lol:

I got 60a now they bedded in I think I feel more vibration :lol:

but good definitely out weighs the bad

no vibration when you kane it through the twistys :D
