Love the colour combo, seem to remember the civic having a Gotham City plate on it so I reckon its a subliminal Bat Man thing :D
Its a work in progress

for the wee parts that have just got surface stains and stuff ive been using a dremel with wire brush attachments.

but for for heavy duty stuff like my engine and gearbox ive been using race glaze alubright metal deoxidider with a felt pad, and them a pressure wash.

i done my lsd box today and the difference is unbelievable !

im now at the stage where i can go over it with a dremel and then polishing attachments... or just paint

Ive finished most of the wire tuck, all thats left is tucking the engine wires, which will be done after the engine is installed

Got more things done the other day but still not quite happy with it :(

Started doing my brake servo!

Some state eh?

Started grinding down with a grinder and a sanding attachment.
Image

And then smoothed it down a bit with a DA sander

And a metallic silver basecoat.

Image

Im not 100% happy with it so will be doing it again to get a smoother finish, maybe even use an etch primer and high build afterwards!

Once its got a smoother finish on the basecoat it will be going part green part purple ;)
