More New Bits

Post by NafemanNathan » Sun Oct 20, 2013 8:21 pm

Of course I've made no progress recently, but I have acquired a few more bits ;-)

First off from a while back, one of Trammy's fabulous Rear Strut Brace Harness Bars 8) ...

Image

And I also painted my Neuspeed Front Brace to match... Although it's not going to be anywhere near it.

I also managed to sneak a few bits from Merc's shed before his mass clearout

First off, a pair of Tanabe Anti-Roll Bars...

Image

They're in pretty good nick, but I might still et them re-powder-coated when I get all my suspension components done. Also the front didn't have any bushes (@Bri   ), but I've taken a gamble with some 27.5 diameter (the correct diameter) poly bushes for a CR-V hoping they should fit...

Image

Then I decided to take an easy option with regards to what pistons I wanted to use (for now ;-) ) and so had a brand new set of Mahle Gold Series 11.5:1 Pistons off of Merc also...

Just waiting to hear back from @Scott@H-Tune regarding a few other things and then I've practically got everything to actually completely the first stage of this build :?

... If only I had the time  ;violin  :suicide:

I'm surprised you used the term "gonna be".
